I think I have a problem...

Well. The second week of school is completed, and I have a few projects to juggle. And I have to get on the ball when it comes to helping my parents with coming here. I have seen the options in hotels, but now I know they are not just staying 2 or 3 nights. It is more like 4 or 5. Hmm. Well That is one option of the hectic schedule.
I have a design class, one of the perspectives is that we are going to participate in a competition through futurebrand.
The challenge I chose is about how binge drinking is such a problem here in UK, and the small selection and negative connotation involved with choosing not to drink. Therefore, we have to consider why people choose not to drink, and how to make this choice more opportune in a bar/club setting. I am considering ideas. Almost too many. but I am excited about the project and what i can do with this. Cause not only are we introducing a new brand or drink (if we so choose) but there is a question of how to present this new drink. Packaging and focus group.
So All today was involved in studying up for that, looking on the net for inspiration and information.
This whole week was full and quite exciting. Monday I painted my shoulder bag with my friend Ella. tuesday-i forget-seriously. Wednesday I went to music performance put on by Oxfam. All this month there is music and all money goes to Oxfam the charity. Its called Oxjam. The bands weren't spectacular. The reason I went though was because my friend Rob had a flatmate in one of the bands. They weren't actually half bad. (I invited Julia and Fotis along-it was pretty cool). Thursday...Dennis' girlfriend flew over from Belgium to visit for the weekend. But because he has class til 9, Vivi and I took her for a drink at Arcadia. My now new favorite pub. (Its cute and small, non-smoking, unique selection of ales and beers, older crowd). Happiness.
I than fell asleep around 10 that night. Friday was filled with finishing an assignment I had managed to put off, and my fabric manipulation class.
That night-more Arcadia! to be followed by Ferris Buellers Day Off at the Hyde Park Picture House at 11pm. An old comfy 1 screen movie theater. That was fun. I will talk about Saturday on another insert.
